Aaron Builders and The Surf Club, Miami Beach Florida

In 2012, Aaron Builders was initially contracted by the new owners of The Surf Club to build a mock up of the Historical Cabanas at The Surf Club. Aaron Builders expanded work scope then provided historical bracing, structural steel roofing and specialty concrete services for the historical portions of the Surf Club and 2 new structures. As of 3rd Qtr 2017, Aaron Builders LLC is still hard at work on this project.

Work Scope: Historical Bracing & Excavation, Structural Roof & more

During the 1930s, the land that would become The Surf Club today was found by Harvey Firestone and his friends. He sought a private location dedicated to the sea, sun, and all things social. Hidden within the hustle and bustle of Miami Beach lies this exclusive oasis on a 9-acre beachfront property. Bought by Lebanese-American investor Nadim Ashi restoring the property to its glory days with two new modern towers integrated within the existing 85-year-old Mediterranean style property.
