The Surf Club

In 2012, Aaron Builders was initially contracted by the new owners of The Surf Club to build a mock up of the Historical Cabanas at The Surf Club. Aaron Builders expanded work scope then provided historical bracing, structural steel roofing and specialty concrete services for the historical portions of the Surf Club and 2 new structures. As of 3rd Qtr 2017, Aaron Builders LLC is still hard at work on this project.

Luxury Home Shell Work – 252 Bal Bay Drive

Miami Beach Luxury Home:

Structural Steel and Concrete for a waterfront luxury home on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. Challenges included bridge restrictions, home owners association and Miami Beach City code restrictions and requirements. Aaron Builders worked closely with owners, governments and private organizations to accommodate all concerns to maintain project quality and time line requirements.

This museum-quality residence was impeccably designed by award-winning architect Chad Oppenheim in the most exclusive and secure private community in Miami Beach, Bal Harbour. The residence was masterfully created to raise the bar in contemporary architecture and seamlessly blurs the lines of indoor-outdoor living with over 17,000 sq. ft. of interconnected space. The master bedroom is over 2,000 sq. ft. and features his and hers sides with endless open bay views.
